What are sacramental records?

Our sacramental records are those records created when individuals receive one of the following Sacraments – Baptism, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, Matrimony, Holy Orders. There is also a record created when a Catholic funeral is celebrated for a deceased person. Our sacramental records contain records for all of the Catholic churches on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
